I read this manga awhile ago, it's a parody on yaoi. it's about a guy who goes into another world through a washroom I think he was on the toilet and then he ended up in the other world, and in the other world all the guys want to get him and it's harem style. But the Seme's have really long faces (like comedically long), and look like the old style drawing of Yaoi characters with big hands and super exaggerated shoulders, the art style is done to parody older yaoi. The main character keeps going back to his own world but then gets sucked into the other world again and again. Every time he falls into the other world another seme falls in love with him while the old ones find him too. I think the main character is aware that he's in a yaoi universe so he keeps trying to escape. All the seme's are comedically cliche as well, one of them is an insanely rich CEO, another is a doctor, I think one of them was a spy or something, you get the picture.

If anyone could give me the name that would be awesome! It was such a hilarious manga!
