cantarella -- this is also one of my fav mangas of all time (by the same mangaka as seimaden actually) it also has a bit of shounen ai in it but nothing too big unfortunately it is licened so you can only get up to volume 8, but it is so good i want to buy it i really recommend this one.
Actually all 10 volumes of Cantarella are out. I wish the mangaka would finishh the series shes currently working on right now so she can finally get back to working on Cantarella again 🙁 . I also highly recomend the series aswell (and dont be scared off by this so called "shounen-ai", as there has only been small hints in it so far, but nowhere near enough to even consiter the series shounen-ai).

you got to read togari^^
the head char is a 16 year old kid that has spent 300 years in hell for killing a couple of 100 people.. hell doesnt now what to do with him anymore so they put him on earth again... but the funny thing is.. he gets a sword called togari to hunt toga's down (sins and crimes of a person manifested in some sort of monster) the sword gets it power from evil and devoures souls that have commited sins^^^ another fun fact^^ if he hurts a human he feels the same pain and if he thinks about commiting a sin his neck starts to bleed and his head can fall of.. because of this he cant do things he did 300 years ago.. he also learns his own kind side and that other humans arent as bad as he origanally thought.. and he is a villan, but a villan that learns the hard way to be a hero
he may not be a demon nor a god but he is a villain and a hero^^

Masca is the quintessential demon/god romance, I think.
Otogibanashi no Fude is another interesting one -- the god is female.

You have to read Kuroshitsuji. it's about a boy in Victorian England who makes a deal with a demon and basically what happens to him along the way. I'm not usually into mangas with male main characters, but this one was excellent. you should see the anime as well (maybe even first). it starts to stray from the manga about midway through the first season, but it's still jusst as interesting, if not more so, as the manga.
