Would anybody have suggestions of a manga where the main female character bullies the male character and she/they fall for each other. So far I've seen this in mangas like GTO and Hatsukoi but they were just side characters. So can anybody recommend some with this as a main setting?

Well, I've read most of those and perhaps, in a sense they do have a bit of that bullying themes but mangas like love hina are like love-hate settings. I don't really know how to say this but I'm looking for something more like a school setting and she makes fun of the guy cause he's weak etc, it's more like serious bullying.

Well, rather unfortunately/fortunately your description fits all sorts of shounen manga =/ where the awesomely strong female thrashes the guy, who gets stronger, and they fall in love. An example would be Air gear...you get the point
