I am looking for any anime series that has really good music. I will take any suggestions, and I like almost all genres. Synthesis and vocals are a plus.

Kara no Kyoukai has a pretty amazing soundtrack. It's a 7(?) part movie series that's still being released.

NightSwan also said that she wanted to peg me, once, but I'm not sure whether to take that as a compliment or a threat...

Comedy (Kigeki) - 10 minute anime short film. One of the greatest examples of visual storytelling I've seen with arguably the most beautiful soundtrack ever. Watch it and you'll understand what I'm talking about....

Can't believe nobody mentioned Samurai Champloo.

Second Kara no Kyoukai. The intro from the first episode is pure bliss.

Some other series that come to mind:
Last Exile
Gurren Lagann
MuShiShi
Kemonozume
Kurau: Phantom Memory
FLCL
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
NOEIN
Baccano
Saikano
Honey & Clover
Dennou Coil
GankutsuOu: The Count of Monte Cristo
GunGrave
Darker than Black
Ergo Proxy
RahXephon

I also like the soundtrack of all Satoshi Kon movies, but it's an acquired taste, and may not appeal to everyone.

I'm sure there are a few others.... I'll update this post if I remember the titles.

EDIT:
Forgot to mention Texhnolyze

Well, I loved La Corda D'Oro and Tsubasa Chronicles, but I don't know if they fit your style. The first one is about classical music (I never liked it, but that soundtrack is absolutely beautiful). And the other one's soundtrack was mostly composed by Yuki Kajiura, with lovely voices such as Yui Makino and Maaya Sakamoto. ^^
Bleach and Rurouni Kenshin have a cool soundtrack too.
I also liked Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu soundtrack. Aya Hirano is an awesome singer.
Hum... I also recommend Howl's Moving Castle, Romeo x Juliet, Inuyasha, Fate//Stay Night, Saiunkoku Monogatari and Air. ^^

I don't know what kind of anime music you mention (op? ed? character song? insert song? bgm?) and my taste may be different, but i suggest these:
Da Capo series (Da Capo, Da Capo Second Season, Da Capo 2, Da Capo 2 Second Season)
Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu
La Corda d' Oro
Kure-nai
Beck
Macross Frontier
H2O ~ Footprints in The Sands~
Air
Clannad

Most of the ones I'd recommend have been mentioned, but Noir has an awesome soundtrack. It's a little overused in the show itself, but very good nonetheless.

Mai-Hime/Otome and the .hack shows have good soundtracks too. Actually, most stuff from her has a good soundtrack.
