I'm looking for the title of a hentai/ecchi manga I read not that long ago (I wiped my browser history without realizing.)

It deals with 2 classmates at university (i think) who have sex after the guy escorts the girl home after they go out drinking with friends. Afterwards she asks him to take responsibility, which he says he will. They end up co-habitating while keeping it secret from the rest of the class. She then produces a marriage license and he signs, but when they go to submit it, it is rejected because he is too young and needs his parents' approval. While this is going on, he thinks about their relationship and how he really doesn't know anything much about the girl except her name and that she's 2 years older than him. Anyhow, he ends up going home and bringing the girl with him. His parents are surprisingly accepting of his relationship and sign the license almost immediately. Turns out the guy has 2 brothers and the older one becomes jealous of his younger brother's impending wedding. iirc, she has dark hair and the guy is light-haired, if that will help.
