20 Seiki Shounen - It keeps you on your toes ^_^
Chang Ge Xing - a must read
Hoshi no Koe - Adapted from a Makoto Shinkai OVA. Need I say more?
Kami-sama Hajimemashita - chapter 80-100 are epic
Kimi ni Shika Kikoenai - a short but meaningful read
Last Game - some light hearted shoujo
Marie no Kanaderu Ongaku - 15 chapters of pure awesomeness of mystery, utopia and psychological
Miriam - another lighthearted shoujo
Onani Master Kurosawa - not ecchi despite the content explored, and wonderful character development
Otoyomegatari - read it slowly, and savour the details and SOL
Sakamoto desu ga? - Evolution has resulted in the supreme being that is Sakamoto xD
Anatolia Story - a must read for every shoujo fan
The Friendly Winter - Go for it if you are up for some serious crying. it's sad and heartwarming.
Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan - My favourite romance of all time.
Yotsubato! - You can't help but love this series ^_^
Yikes! that's 17 manga which I have recommended >.< I am sorry, but I couldn't help it. You have so many wonderful series on your lists. I actually skipped over a lot of them that I would have liked to recommend 😐 maybe you could tell me which genre or type of manga you are in the mood for. That would definitely help to shorten the list 😃
EDIT - Can't believe i didn't notice those! Seconding 3 manga WhiteSpade recommended : Angel Densetsu, Bokurano, Mushishi. You are gonna be absolutely swamped with suggestions by the end of the day 🤣

Angel Densetsu hilarious and such an incredible art progression
Bokurano this mangaka just love depressing stuff like this. he also love to draw little girls in compromising situation, so take care if such things squicked you out. but if you tough it out, you will be rewarded
Kyou kara Ore wa!! one of the best protagonist ever - the kind that will steal your money if you are not vigilant
Mx0 this mangaka is one of the great but one of the unluckiest. he have great comedic timing, pretty art and very likeable characters, but he always get axed. this one is also axed, but believe me the journey is enough

Personally, I would say read the completed ones first of course, starting with the Shorter ones.
But the nicer ones are mostly the longer ones though >.<
a good short manga to start with would be Hoshi no Koe i think.
