Don't they have about 70% of the fires contained?

It's very cold nowadays.

As for the fires in California, one can only pray that people get their lives and homes restored.

I'm slightly surprised there hasn't been a hurricane hit my state this year.

lol, last week, the santa ana wind passes where i live with the speed of 60mph...the pool in my school was covered in dirt and dust, and i couldn't swim for 2 weeks...it was so dusty and dry that we couldn't run on the track since my teacher was afraid of the air pollution.....my neighborhood was perfectly safe, but the weather was horrible

In Toronto, we have normal weather. No hurricanes, no floods, no earthquakes (not a weather, but whatever), no droughts, no umm... other big stuff. We occasionally have blizzards, but not as bad as Quebec where one time, everyone was trapped in shelters without power and stuff.

No floods? We just had a flood 2 years ago in August I think.

Two years ago? You remember when a flood hit two years ago? That would be your weird memory again, I assume. bigrazz

It was a bit chilly today, so I bundled up. Luckily, it wasn't raining.

Why would rain be bad? Flood problems?
