As the topic said, i'm looking for manga(s) with
a tough girl (like, strong-willed girl or playing 'hard to get') protagonist and a naughty or pushy or puppy-like boy

Shoujo and comedy is a must (i don't really want to read angst for the moment)
Good art and smut are point-plus
Horror and tragedy is a no no

Btw, i haven't read many shoujo mangas recently (just a few old mangas), so whatever you suggest me, i would really appreciate it

The first thing that came to mind was Namaikizakari not really smutty, but the drawings are good.

Koi dano Ai dano she's not really tough or playing hard to get... its more along the lines of "No one would like me romantically so I can do whatever I want and not need to worry about my appearance" type of thing... I like Kano-chan though... She's really really fun. And Tsubaki... oh Tsubaki... he's not really pushy.. more like 'I do want I want' (Kano and Tsubaki are the main characters lol) oh yeah.. not smut sorry

i second namaikizakari and koi dano ai dano. the latter is probably my fav shoujo ^^

maybe Ookami-heika no Hanayome. She's very stubborn and the MC has a time getting through to her. He switches from being a puppy to being a... well, wolf

Tokyo Crazy Paradise older manga, same author as skip beat. VERY pushy male lead (he keeps her in debt just so she won't leave him lol) and very strong female lead.

Sensei Lock-On! it's shounen but it's soooo cute ^^ older female x younger male pairing ^^

check out the Heart no Kuni no Alice series. Based on otome game. Depending on which manga you read (and what doujinshi you can find ^^) it can be somewhat smutty, or at least indications of it. ^^ hmm i think every guy is pretty pushy lol... most are naughty .. some are puppy-like (or rabbit like)... lol... i personally like all the guys in this series (:
