This forum was so quick and helpful last time, so I'm back to take advantage of your superior knowledge once more. ;D Unfortunately I have much less to go on this time, so it's pretty vague.

I don't remember whether it was a oneshot or a complete volume, but I'm fairly sure it wasn't a longer series. I think the art was more on the sharp, masculine, 'realistic' side rather than the cute side.

Seme and uke were either (step)siblings, related in some way, or something like guardian/ward, bodyguard/client. For some reason I've convinced myself the seme is dark haired and wears glasses, and there's some kind of connection to the medical field? Maybe? I could be completely off base with that part though.

The only useful thing I remember one scene (that I think was close to the end?), where the uke is with someone else, and either the seme set it up or otherwise lets the uke play around (with the intention to make the seme jealous/get his attention?) so that he figures out who he wants to be with. Possibly they explain this to the third guy? Can't remember if any of this is from his POV (or whether he's actually another potential seme or just a plot device, LOL), or whether it ends up in either a threesome or Uke x Third Guy with Seme watching. I keep picturing a scene where Seme is standing outside Uke's room listening to him and Third Guy, and a scene where Uke either ditches Third Guy and chases after Seme, or entices him in, saying something along the lines of it was him he'd wanted all along. Or it's something like Third Guy realizing Uke is never going to leave Seme for him.

I know it's not the most helpful summary ever, but I've been looking for this thing for months with no success, so any help would be great. <3

Did you find out which manga it was? Or maybe you remembered more details?
I'm pretty curious and I've been looking a little in the "bodyguards", "threesome" or "voyeurism" categories, but I couldn't narrow it down. T_T

I've been through the tags for everything I thought might be related (checked 'jealousy', 'love triangles', 'master/servant relationships', 'glasses-wearing seme', and many others) and still no luck. Right now I'm slowly working my way through my collection in the hopes that whatever it is, I didn't just read it online. But with the amount of stuff I have it's going to take forever and a day.

LOL I'm starting to think I imagined this one, but I can still see a page of that one scene so clearly, if I did make it up then I must be more imaginative than I thought! If it does exist, it better be good after all this trouble!

Could it be Kokoro no kagi wo mitsukete? It fits master/servant, dark-haired seme with glesses and is somehow connected to the medical field. There's no love triangle though (I think). : (
It's the closest thing I found so far, guess it's worth a try. How about the manipulative lover category?

Nope, not that one D: though CJ Michalski was definitely on the list of 'maybes' in terms of the art style and the kind of scene that might show up in her books.

Nothing in that category rings a bell either, but I'm working through 'jealous lover/s' right now (I'd only checked 'jealousy' before) and this being yaoi there's a lot to go through. XD I'm guessing there's a lot of overlap though.

I'm really starting to think I made this up though, because it's not like I read many obscure things and so many people have checked this topic and can't identify that scene... Gonna have to just accept that if I happen to run across it again at some point then great, but looking for it's impossible.
