R.A. Salvatore (Forgotten Realms - i.e. Legend of Drizzt, Sellswords and War of the Spider Queen)
Ed Greenwood (Forgotten Realms - i.e. Elminster Series)
And Richard A. Knaak (Blizzard - various Diablo and Warcraft books)
Not to forget, Terry Pratchett (Discworld)

I like books that make me think or puts daily event in a different way, Terry Pratchett does just this... in a not so much funny, but very entertaining way. Don't expect to laugh out loud, but I guarantee you will giggle allot.

The first three authors I mentioned are all fantasy writers. Very good novels (they always make me want more).

Neil Gaiman (All of his works biggrin )

he's a weird one...heh (in 'American Gods', at first i did not get the female god's **** geting bigger and bigger and swallowing up a man, and when i carefully reread that part i went WTF!)

Quote from PaganCutie
Laurell K Hamilton (everything)

her works are about a female vampire and her love troubles, if im not mistaken

Oh sorry for the duplicate thread, requesting merger any mod?

It's more of my immaturity.
Well, some of it still exists.
But I guess I've never really gotten into it.
Now, I got a sudden urge to reread it.

I loved Airborn as well but the sequel was bad compared to it. His silver wing books weren't bad either, He's not my favourite but i read quite a few of his books.

I like Piers Anthony's Xanth series. I'm only up to book 28 out of 33. Great series if you enjoy puns.
