Well, I don't like Naruto. Most of the characters are annoying (especially Sasuke, but then again, I like some of them) and I don't like the plot of it.

I like Bleach. but yeah, the story can be stretching.

Well, people will like one of the other. none

I dislike naruto for a few reasons, 1. is the amount of little kids who think "ZOMG NARUTO IS THE BEST ANIMES EVER!" this extremely pisses me off. Another reason would be that Naruto basically never changes as a character, just growing in size. 3. It is a good series and it's art is pretty good but i don't like the characters.

Bleach i find okay but i stopped reading/watching it.

Yes. Thank god someone else said it. Every time I say I don't like Bleach or Naruto, I get threatened. Same with Twilight and James Mcavoy, but that's completely off topic.

I think the premise of both had a lot of potential, but something went terribly, terribly wrong.

Plus, I hate the girls who are all, "Omg, Sasuke is my boyfriend!"

They're gateway anime/manga for the younger demographic. They serve their purpose just like Dragon Ball/Z did. I'm not a fan, but only for that reason. I've already stepped into the realm, therefore need no lesser form of it. :3

All the people where I live who start out with Bleach and Naruto either stay with only Bleach and Naruto or go on to other crappy mangas. Maybe that's just because Tennessee kids suck, myself excluded.

DBZ wasn't my gateway. It was definitely Digimon. I win.

I started with Tenchi Muyo and Outlaw star. I don't understand how people can watch garbage shonen (DBZ/Naruto/One Peice/MX0 (You know it's coming as well as I do)/Inuyasha/Bleach etc.)

I agree! I hate Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, Inuyasha. I can't lie, I did watch DBZ, but after awhile, it just got really annoying.

But Outlaw Star was another one that got me into it. Card Captor Sakura and Pokemon did quite a bit of hooking me as well. But man I love Outlaw Star. Mainstream anime has really gone downhill over the past few years.

Seriously. Naruto is a horribly annoying character. Sasuke is a whiny little emo kid and Sakura is...god, I want to blow her brains out.

One Piece is pretty bad. I don't like the art or the characters. I think the plot is pretty interesting though.

You have to think, do you really just hate it, because it's popular? Not that I like it myself, but I've seen most of the popular stuff and I can see why it pulls people in.

I used to think that was why I didn't like it, but then I sat down with an open mind and watched it, and I really don't like it. If I was ten, maybe it'd be good.

I don't think age is much of a factor, but I still think popularity has something to do with it, just a little even.

It's personal preference for most, and well, little kids
who imitate Naruto run around because the marketing ploys
which aim towards that particular audience. So it's not necessarily
the mangaka's fault or anything, I think. The story/plot is okay, I mean
it's interesting alright, but it doesn't necessarily mean that omfg it's amazing.
It's good to others, and bad to some. for me, I just am not interested.
I really don't like a lot of the leads though. Bleach was cool for awhile,
but I didn't give it much effort to really enjoy it. I think it's somewhat better than Naruto,
just speaking of my opinion.

Well, anything goes really with anime and manga.
What I do hate is the american pronunciation of japanese
words. It's sahh~kuraa not like sahhhkoooruhhh you know? hahha
(it's actually difficult for me to type out the pronuncation LOL)
