i don't think that's a problem, sometimes if not all the time scanlation groups are better than most publishers
also where was it licensed? a group from a diferent country might do it
well good luck there

fight the system!!That happens only with popular series, not really the case here. Yet you can get scanlations from the licensed published ones, mainly distributed through IRC or other ways. As for groups from different countries it's really unlikely to happen (I have been around for 8 years and barely had seen such cases, IRC distribution is more likely).
