Well, one of the best romance anime ever is Ginban Kaleidoscope. There is no switched bodies, but a guy who died enters the girl body and he can feels whatever she feels and his presence can be noticed only by her. It's similar to what you want and it's really a good anime, so maybe you could check it out.

Why hasn't anyone mentioned Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu?? Well, it's not a role switch in the traditional sense, I guess. But Haruhi acts alot like the hot blooded gar character...and Kyon, while being not particularly manly is pretty much just normal...
Ah, Matsuri Special also comes to my mind, but once again it's a tough girl (well okay, she's pretty normal, she just does Judo) and a normal guy...

Oh! Okay, I finally thought of a good one! ToraDora! With the guy who inherited his tough-guy dad's scary face, but really he's very nice and likes to cook and clean, and the girl who's tiny, adorable, and incredibly tsundere (think Shana or Ruiz or Nagi...all portrayed by Kugimiya Rie coincidentally) and is the toughest, most unapproacable person at school. It's also hilarious 😃 But the manga hasn't gotten very far, and the anime isn't out yet, but the novel is very good, Baka-Tsuki has been translating it.

W Juliet and 1/2 Ouji are 2 good ones that I have seen. W Juliet is about this guy who wants to be an actor but the dad doesn't so the dad makes a deal with him that if he can spend the last 2 years of his school life as a girl then he can become an actor. The second main character is a girl who always gets the men roles in the acting class. 1/2 Ouji is about a girl who makes a bet with her brother to win an online game w/o getting "female benefits" so her character is a guy and she falls in love with another character that looks sort of girly to me. XD Hope that helps.

The only thing I can think of is Family Compo. Although it's probably not exactly what you are looking for.
