Aside from MPD Psycho, which would be cool if done like Monster, Yotsubato!, which I've been hoping for for YEARS, and Iono-sama Fanatics, which I agree would be wonderful animated, my top choice would be Hakodate Youjin Buraichou Himegami.

It'd be great animated; lots of fights and action, the requisite boobies and fanservice as as to sell to otaku, contains YURI, and also it's finished and the perfect length for a 26-episode series (or two 13-ep. ones).
Plus, it's by TAMAKI Nozomi (Vampire Bund), so they could go off the popularity of the former and make it now (like with Hourou Musuko's anime following on the heels of Aoi Hana! yayay!).

I wouldn't mind Change Guy. The beginning is good, so is the middle and up until the end. Besides, animes always change endings anyways so they can change it.

I really want a second season of Skip Beat!. They even stopped in the middle of an arc in the first one, and that can lead us to believe that there will be one.

Also, I would like to see The One made into an anime. But since it's manhua I don't think it'll be possible, or in the very least extremely unlikely.
