Not sexual like the majority of her works, this instead focuses on the characters' feelings and the drama of being afraid to confess. As the other reviewer mentioned, they do gloss over the molestation but it also is left open ended as to exactly what took place so it is reasonable to assume the trauma dulled with time for the character

There is a lot of drama surrounding fears and mentions of homophobia, and of course of loving someone that you are afraid to confess to for multiple reasons. I found the overall story to be quite cute and was happy with the ending (which is available, though not listed on here for some reason).

Mangaka went overboard with all that angst and suffering. Excessive attention was paid to "I love him but that means I'm the same as the man who raped him so I should avoid him" side of story, while the rape of a child itself was taken kind of lightly.

I really like Mishima-sensei and to some extent I like how this manga has started, but if there is one thing I've noticed with Mishima it's that she's not really that good with doing drama. It often feels a bit unecessary and easy to see through. I'm fearing that this will be something like that.
