I haven't read this novel, however i've seen majority 1 rating. People who rate 1 for what reason did you start reading a novel called "Lottery Grand Prize: Musou Harem Rights" The plot seems to be kinda easy to recognize from the title.

Super-OP protagonist that barely even has a personality. He doesn't really have any goals or desires either, at least besides expanding his harem. Seriously I don't even know how to describe him without resorting to talking about either his stats or his libido. Otherwise he's a blank slate.
But that's kind of the point, isn't it. This novel isn't about deep characters or grand adventures. It's a power fantasy pure and simple. The protagonists is kept vague so the readers can see themselves in him and imagine themselves doing these things. And that's basically it. There's nothing else here.
