I liked them all except "To make Angel". It seemed out of place. Other than that it was a great read.
The first 3 chapters were very cute, and sweet. The 4th made me cry... The 5th-6th were sad, but heartwarming as well... The last story was really nice, and cute.
Needless to say, the art is amazing, very soft. I just love that mangaka...
I really adore the title story here and its sequel. They're such a solid piece of work with freaking adorable characters whom you can't help but fall in love with. The story's also decent and I like the mangaka's way of tackling the same trust issue that has been dealt with countless times before, although most of those are just failed attempts anyway. I also like the rest of the stories, some more than others, but I blame the angel story's scanlations for confusing me headless and making me not being able to fully enjoy it.
light-hearted and cute
this manga have a light hearted somehow melancholic feeling through its understated art. the art is pretty, however sometimes we can't discern between character, they look alike and only the colour or the length of the hair to differentiate between the characters. this flaw can get annoying. the characters are androgynous and can veered toward the female side and this also is somewhat tyring. however, on the whole the art is compatible with the stories.
the stories are feel-good cute that will warm one's heart. its not trying to be more than it is capable of, thus the romance and characters have an honest ring in it. a recommended read.
Simple is beautiful
I like the manga very much. It's one of the first I read and I still think the story is really good. It's sweet. I would probably add "slice of life" to the genre description to give an easier way to look at it, but there are some fiction (angel and ghosts stories) that would not fit quite well on that category. Most notable, no dramatic over the edge climax(es).
I love it.
Wow, I really liked this!!! It's my first shounen ai, and I've got to say, I couldn't have picked a better one. Like others have said, it was both simple and cute, and made me get warm fuzzies inside. (^_^)
This manga had a very gentle, sweet feel to it. I really loved the first story, and I thought that Nakagawa and Yokota made a super cute couple. ^_^ The second story was sad, though. Pretty, but one that made you say, "Ouch". The third... I guess I was a little thrown by it. Maybe I read through it too fast, but to me it was just kind of forgettable. The fourth one was cute, though. ^_^ It had a happier feeling to it, like the first.

Cute and Affecting
This was a really wonderful volume of stories. Same Cell Organism is more than just boy's love. I found all the most of impressive, though I wasn't as impressed with 'To Make An Angel'. It sort of seemed out of place and broke the mood a little. Otherwise I'd have given it a ten out of ten. I'd recommend reading this one, and if you're new to Yaoi/Shounen-Ai, this is a good one to start off with.
