The basic concept for this manga is really straightforward and I can't say that I've never come across similar settings. The story sets the main characters rather secluded from the rest of the world, focusing more on their relationship's developments with both fluff and drama. While I think that some events are inevitably predictable due to the limited possibilities generated from that same simple premise, in the end the characters' emotions did get through to the audience and readers do get to sympathise with the couple.
