Assuming that you just finished the anime,manga or something. It's only a chapter so it's not the end of the world to read it. But since the ova came out it's pretty much okay not to have to read this. I guess if you just want the authors Views sure but other than how the other tells it's not much different from the oval and just extra content.
I'm eating this a five cause it's readable and continues off with a better ending then the rest of it's manga but barely.

It was as prequel as bad, so do not read it. It just frustrating like prequel.

Which is, Akise ruins everything. Yuno could have just hacked his head off and made me happy, but noooo, he had to be the one to test her instead. Just go away with your tail between your legs Akise, Yuki obviously couldn't care less about you.
