From Shoujo Crusade]:
10-year old Niina is special. This is because she has the memories of her past life as a girl named Chitose still intact. Among these memories is a promise with Chitose's boyfriend which Niina then decides to try and fulfill. But can she really?
Includes the following one-shots: Koi Baka. (volume 1) Toda is a really smart girl but has no passion for anything. She admires idiots who are passionate, especially her classmate, Iijima.
Machibito (volume 4) Komako is a carefree girl, who's pretty incoherent. Whe. a random guy asks her to eat sweet potatos with him, she can't help but wonder why he pats her head and thanks her everytime.

Sweet and heartwarming story
This is the kind of Manga that should have been serialized much longer. The story has lots of potential and quite unique. It has a lot of room for development especially with Niina's situation where she can remember her past life. I want to know how it started and would have loved to see her progress on dealing with it. It wasn't entirely explained in the story and we only got a short scene on Niina dealing with Chitose's past life.
The premise weirded me out though: a ten year old girl in love with a much older guy. Don't get me wrong, I love age gap romances but that situation just didn't excite me. However, when she got older, it was a lot a better. Again, the story has lot of potential with romance part too but the Mangaka limited her story. It was kinda rush and short. It would be nice to see development of Atsurou from being a heartbroken boyfriend to accepting and moving on to his life. It would have been better if we were able to see how Niina stepped out of loving Atsurou because she's Niina and not just a fragment of memory from Chitose.
Overall, it was a very nice story.
I just wish it were more slow-paced
Okie, so I love the art and Niina and Atsurou... But the story seems quite rushed, it looks like the content of 6 volumes condensed into 4 volumes. Atsurou is absolutely absent in 1/3 of the story and in general he receives little character development. I would have liked it better if the author'd spent more time on his feelings and thus given some more depth in his character.

Original one shot <3
I remember reading this when it was just the one shot, and in that version, the two, later down the line, get married. Although I think the fact that it was serialized was a very good choice. I love this manga. It made me cry hard. Nina loves him, but she is not Chitose. (Well she is and she isnt). I love the bittersweet feel to it. I think that if they keep reincarnating, they'll always be together.
Girl you came into my life... I miss you so bad!
I'm a hardcore yaoi fangirl and I had given up on shoujo manga a long time a ago.. but this series change my perspective of shoujo...it truly is unforgettable and sweet... i cried a lot when i was reading every chapter..it was a shock for me because i am a cold and an unfeeling person..this manga truly move me.. one of my favorite ever....
the last chapter made me realize that we must treasure our love ones while they are still there. I don't get along with my father to the point that everyday i ignore and curse him but i then realize that we can only have one father and he will always not be there by our side...

Best thing ever.
I am in love with this story. The characters are all so meaningful, the message of the story's beautiful it's just amazing how connected I feel to it and how much I love it.
I'm intensley reading this right now, so I'm not going to go into detail but what's important: GREAT CHARACTERS GREAT ART AMAZING SPECTACULAR PLOT LINE(ohmygoodness all of the feels) and like someone before in teh comments said, THIS ISNT A LOLLICON. Not at all.
This is one deep, amazing, manga. One of the few 10s I feel fully deserves a 10<3 also PLEASE MORE SCANS PLEASE
Little Niina is so ridiculously adorable! Contrary to what the description implies, it's not a lolicon story, at all.
It's cute and a bit heartbreaking at the same time: imagine feeling and remember someone else's memories since you were 11-years-old. There are all these people you want to reach out to but can't overtly do so. Not only that but, as in later chapter, Niina is having a serious identity crisis. She has all these memories but she isn't Chitose but her whole life she's lived on being Chitose "reincarnate" rather than herself.
I really like this story, and if you're into this concept, I would recommend it!

One word: Sweet
It is very touching, and the story is good. I usually don't like mangas with age differences, except for a few such as Hana to Akuma, etc. I read the first 3 chapters and it was awesome, I was satisfied with the ending but somehow it got serialized ^ ^ (No complaints) The story is still so sweet and heartwarming. The art is also a big plus in this. Niina is so cute~And her character is not annoying, actually, I don't think any of the characters are annoying Which is really rare. Overall:9.8 Art=10 Story=9.5 Characters=10
love love LOVE!!!
I absoulutly love this series, I love age gaps, so this series was right up my alley. The heroine is very sweet and caring and honest. The male lead is defnintly cool, he treated Ninna as a young lady not completly like a child. I wish at the end of the third part there could have been a bit more romance, but it was still satisfying. If someones into a light fluffy cute romance, than this is it! I do hope this gets released in the U.S.
So sweet and simple. I'm generally not one for sappy reincarnation stories because c'mon, we all know what's going to happen and who's going to end up with who. But I still gave it chance and ended up really liking it. And I think what made it a little different was that the main character doesn't dwell on the past (or at least in a negative/annoying way). All the characters are super likable.
And in response to truyhoi: I'm assuming that this was originally a short story and finished with 3 chapters, but because it was well received it became serialized just recently.
It would have had a sweet ending though, but I'm really glad it's on-going ^^

Thats what I call a great shoujo: great art, great plot, great ending. I don't even need to describe it. So, good choice if you want to read something nice. Btw, read extra, even though it's have a different setting - last 3-4 pages are about our adorable couple, and they are sooooo sweeeet. :3
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Hey, it's obvious that he knows that Nina is Chitose, because at chp 3 he tells her about time then she was doing smth dangerous, and he included Chitose's death in this.
