.....leave the ending to your own imagination

if you stop at ch10 you could imagine the story continuing for considerably longer without the dynamic changing much and likely resolving pleasantly without any impending signs of a hastily finished narrative.
if you stop at ch12 you could imagine the mc realising his true feelings and still wrap it up reasonably well.
if you stop at ch13 you'll be left with some confused questions which won't actually be satisfied by ch14 but will still leave your imagination free to input some reasonable resolution
if you reach ch14 I can't help you

This started out great and really looked like it could amount to something, but I can only in good conscience give a warning:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
the entire manga is spent building up the relationship between the student and teacher--both of them obviously love each other (there is little ambiguity here: the mangaka relentlessly hints at for both parties), but in the last few pages of the final chapter, all of that development is tossed out the window. The teacher is rejected, but visibly still in love with the MC. It's all a big troll. This is honestly the worst ending to a manga that I've ever read
The author trolled everyone HARD

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
It spends all this time building up the relationship with the teacher while spending no time building it up with the girl. Well guess who he ends up with at the end... The girl. If it had spent time building up both relationships, it would have made more sense considering he did have a crush on her, but he clearly loved the teacher and she clearly loved him even after he chose the girl at the end. This story had a lot of potential being a good romance about the "forbidden" love of a teacher and student and it was wasted.
Cool manga, but... caution!

WARNING: cool start, but axed/dropped with wtf-grade ninja downer ending snuck in.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
After massive buildup, and after apparently pretty much asking each other out simultaneously, main couple parts ways. Like 5 pages before the end. "We loved each other, past tense" (no valid reason) + "good luck, bye". And the pair seems all good and happy about it for all of 2 more REAAAAALLY unnatural pages. C'mon, that at least deserves some WANGST somewhere.
That and the Rival's dark past buildup gets tossed right out the window. She mumbles something about losing a good friendship in middle school to rejecting a sudden confession from the guy, and claims life-long trauma and aversion to love due to it...With that go all the possible allusions to being in the closet about being either yet another lesbian or a back-to-school, many-times-married late 20s/early 30s single mother of two. "You know nothing of me and my dark past", my foot. Which then gets fixed in 3 milliseconds, while our bloke's aversion to basic physical contact is apparently a keeper. WHAAAA????

The manga start out quite good, which begin like this: Due to a certain circumstance, the protagonist is asked to play the boyfriend to Hime, the professor. The protagonist, who already have an interest in someone else, reluctantly agreed because they both discovered each other's secret. The premise is very interesting, the art is simple but nice, and the characters are likable. The story is very lighthearted, and there is some comedy in there, but it doesn't make you laugh-out-loud or anything.
There are a few bad parts about this manga that I like to point out. First, it seem like every character in this manga have some kind of past trauma; although the traumas in this manga are not as bad as they have in other mangas, and some of it can almost be comical. Second, the ending is not what I expected.
Overall, it's an OK reading if you have time to waste.

The author spent the whole manga building up the relationship between the protagonist and Hime, yet in the very last minute, the author decided to have the protagonist choose Kazaki, his long time love interest. I wouldn't mind this ending if the author spend time developing the relationship between the protagonist and Kazaki, but there's none to be found. It's just a really bad ending.
disclaimer: I was voting for the professor route

It seams great korean viking LIM Dall-Young set sail his longship to japan, risen his brothers in arms there to take there axes and chop right and left without any regrets.
Seriously wtf with so many axed endings. I was expecting it to go 30 or more chapters considering its pace. And here we got ending out of blue.

Reading the first chapter you might think "oh how cliché" or "look all the tropes keep coming" but then at the end of the first chapter you get a really interesting curveball regarding one of the characters which makes it certain that this manga will be anything but typical.
The ecchi is less thankfully so its just plain up a nice story told with great art to boot!
Edit:
After reading 7 chapters I agree with Meins completely. It had a great start with the first chapter and the twist but then it devolved slowly into a huge cliché. Sigh...

This manga was axed, and like every single manga like that, the ending is horrible.
The art is decent, the plot was somewhat good at start, but the overall manga, is just bad.
I don't recommend it, there are tons of better manga out there on the same genre.

How can that manga with great plot potential end like that? I mean it started out great with a comedy slice of life style and with acceptable character. The ending is not bad though but the story turn upside down too fast.I mean if the author can drag about 10 or more chapter with 3 of them envolve in each other like, the ending will be clearer and more thing will be solve this way.

I thought it was too early to make a comment on this series but people are really jumping the gun, and it could go in either direction. My experience is the opposite. I read it because of the mystery, just had to find out what it was. But it was lame. It really had nothing to with the character we were following and it would have basically belonged in some other manga. By chapter 2 it's explained that this is a manga about two people that accidentally ended up making themselves isolated from dealing with the opposite gender. It's a bit of a farce. The guy's situation is more properly explained while the girls is glossed over so far. Though his is far more unlikely, also another manga using gynophobia(well a anxiety akin to it).
Mein is being quite insulting, which isn't to say he shouldn't find something boring. But I do understand what he says, the manga says the protag has good social skills but starts to lose it when women are forward(putting their bodies against his ect). Are these two character traits contradictory, unlikely maybe but I don't think think they contradict, and I don't think getting nervous over holding hands is unfathomable either. These two people have a severe anxiety for a very specific thing and they're working on it. They just both want someone that goes at their pace. The twist in the beginning is something that pops up nowadays, and I think it'll pop up again with the second love interest but I don't think it adds anything to this type of story(instead it'll end that plot thread) or maybe not, it could be the thing that pushes duo together(I don't know but otoko no musume has burnt me on mangaka thinking they're clever with wannabe shocking twists in manga that don't call for it). If they don't both make a choice about actively choosing each other and there's no one else, it's a bit like settling while he says he likes someone else.
This isn't for everyone though. If you can't relate to the joke or sentiment of admiring someone that you're gay for them while being straight, then you really won't like this(I'm phrasing it like this to avoid spoilers). Those who don't understand that might even find it offensive.
Also, the other twist this manga has is another that's popping up. The guy is called beautiful though often times these types look about the same as any random manga protag. Women like him and that's a thing, early on they get a good joke out of it by having him just be depressed and it coming out off like the type of thing that makes girls swoon(think zuko on the beach episode).
The humour is okay, there's usually a few good jokes peppered around(even one on the title that I was thinking the same thing on, "isn't that just regular friends"). But you're face, stomach, lungs ect won't be hurting.
