This is one of the best I have seen in a long time. its so good that it leaves you longing for more. I just hope others can enjoy it as much as I am.

I just finished ch220 and it just blew my mind. All I can say is.... WOW!

I started reading it when Omanga was still alive and doing it. I was in shock about how good the manga was. I recommended it to all my friends the next day. But it's annoying to wait for the chapters to come out once in a while and in low quality too :(

not that huge of a fan, but I enjoyed it for what it was, mindless violence
and who doesnt enjoy a bit of that from time to time
gantz is also very easy to read if you have a stomache, finished all of it in a couple of reads... this is no death note LOL
very little text, lots of action and gore
do wonder about all the open plot-holes tho, whats up with Kurono's bro for example
really curious about the next couple of chapters (post 217)
but I dont care much for the CG backgrounds... tho I have to say it fits the series

Gantz starts immidiately within the first chapter with the plot. The artwork is great at all times. The only thing I have to nag about is the characters' height - place Kurono in front of his other friend (forgot his name ... ) and you'll think Kurono is just standing 'far behind' his friend. Other than that, it's all action - no room for character development (only MUCH later in the series does it start delving into Kurono's character).

If you like gore and aliens, then this is a must read.

The artwork and story are both top notch. The main character Kurono, is a bit of wuss in the begining but he turns into a real bada$$ later. Definitely on my top 10.

Excellent art, great action, out of sight alien monster designs, some fan service. Not much character development, but with action scenes that beautiful who needs it?

Well, Gantz manga is just superbly drawn. Dark, horificly misterious, intriguing and quite addictive. It features a lot of action, a bit of characterisation and an awsome mystery. Who is Gantz? Or what is it? The plot is straight forward, it's about an afterlife, presented thorugh a confusion that protagonists go through like throgh a nightmare of undefined anticipation.

It's really addictive. I read the first 16 volumes in 2 days. It has everything -character development, awsome fights, nice nudity. I highly recomend it.
