haven't read it yet, but wanted to say in response to the the other comments of it giving of "the mood" - what can you expect - its based on a japanese (dating) game (probably harem as well), which is more or less every series spun-off from a dating game does. however, there is a notable exception(i think) in fate/stay night, as it actually has a half-decent plot+storyline, not just constant ecchi crap like all the rest.
As the plot progresses, and the art influences the reader to follow the manga, one can find oneself "intently and eagerly anticipating the next chapter" as quoted from da MiGHTy pLUm.

It's one of those "guilty pleasure" titles. People are gonna bitch about "Onos, not another harem" but they're still gonna follow the story intently and eagerly anticipating the next chapter 
Take it for what it is. Fluff. Nothing out to be a literary masterpiece. Just something to enjoy and kill time.

It does give off 'that mood' but currently there is no material that can be considered 'hentai', and i would not even consider it adult yet.
Judging from the first chapter i wouldnt call this hentai..seeing how it was barely even ecchi (Although it gave the mood that a hentai manga usually gives off).
