Description
Akira Shiraishi, a young high-school boy with feminine features, joins Blaue Rosen, the all-girl band that Mizuki Sakurazaka, an androgynous girl of the same age, performs lead electric guitar in.
Their high-school life is anything but typical: Mizuki is the "prince" of her all-girl school while Akira is the "princess" of the neighboring all-boy school. A series of comical events brings them closer together, even as the prejudice of the people around them tries to hold them back.

this is so good!the sory is a unique and then the romantic vero emotional!thanks to yuu Shinjo Mayu sensei.i like your works
It started off pretty interesting.. But after awhile I lost my interest in reading it.. I always find that if I'm starting to do a quick read on the storyline.. It hasn't sucked me in at all.. I also found the gender bender part to be a bit too over the top.. The beauty in the way she draws is one of my favourites though.

a girl that looks like a sexy *man* is in a rock band in an all girls school. She is upset that one of her best friends and lead vocalist is leaving the band... On their search for another singer a young girl looking guy comes along and steels the show.. He also dresses like a girl to be in the band as well as wants to date HER!.. The quickly get romantic and after that it's just a bung of chapters of him and her getting volleyed by "guys". And one girl. He is a strong little guy that comes from a family of fighters though so he gets out of sticky situations easily.. She was always fine dressing like a guy before bit she quickly starts getting irritated that he is not seen as a man or that she looks like a man.. It's weird because their lovey dovey parts looks do weird.. It looks like a twelve yr old taking advantage okie dokes his teacher?! In the end the get into a huge fight over her not saying she loves him.. Me admits to the girls school that he is a guy not a girl. And they make up and vow they love eachother.. He does try to sleep with her the whole time and she is shown naked.. But it's not really what I would call "smut".

i was actually avoiding this one because i felt like it wont work on me since the characters interchange looks base from opposite genders but when i peeked on one chapter, i find myself wanting more because its way too hilarious! its funny and so much interesting, i mean there are some comedy mangas whom you cant laugh out but this one, i really laughed out hard, its so playful and kinda sweet! hahaha now just thinking about the characters really makes me laugh hahaha
SHINJO Mayu usually extremely smutty her manga but this one is fun really fun you'll even read it even though it's quite smutty. I usually avoid smutty manga but this one is an exception. This manga has everything you need boy x boy girl x girl girlie guy x manly girl
i love it<3 it´s totally different from the normal myau shinjo works and it´s her masterpiece. The charactersare great (akira-kyun) ^^ The first volume was released today in my country and i bought 3 copies^^
a halfway decent shinjo mayu story! XD i liked it; it was very original, and the different side of the characters were amusing. even though everyone loved akira, though, his "cutesy-cutesy" side annoyed me sometimes. if you don't want to be mistaken for a girl, don't act like one!! (oh well, it made it interesting i guess). i much preferred the dark side of akira, though. (:
i wish mizuki had a different hairstyle.. on a random note.. that annoyed me too for some reason. ><
overall though, pretty good. kinda lacking a moving plot, but it was a good read anyways. may read sequel when more is available.

speaking of annoying akira (lol, i know, i was speaking of it way back in the first paragraph..) i hated how he wanted mizuki to be forceful and stuff, but at the end when she got all dark, he was all like "noooo stop -shiver- why are you doing this?" ughhhhh akira, make up your mind little guy.
I got hooked! It's so different from her other stories, like big guy-small girl, that I just can't wait to see what happens next

Don't get me wrong, this is a pretty original series. But its just, sssoooo weird. The GIRL looks like a freakin dude, and the BOY looks like a girl. If it were an anime or something I couldn't even imagine how much their voices won't fit their bodies >.<. Its okay I guess, but i'll need to work up some courage before I try to read it again (I was twitching the whole time i was reading!) (creepy I tell you! creepy!)

I was interested it in it because the main guy looked cute and see how the leads' romance would develop. But so far, it seems rather... ehhhh. Love Celeb is better.
