I really do love Hana-Kimi, but I have to say it's probably the only manga where I can say that I like the early art more than the art at the end. Oh well~~ it's still fantastic. I don't even know how many times I've re-read it now, but it never gets old. I much prefer it to Power!!/Girl Got Game, too, because it seems (if you take the whole girl-living-in-a-boy's-dorm thing into account) more realistic. That and the main character isn't as annoying. But anyway, Hana-Kimi = fantastic.

it's so cool... I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!!!!!! but i am kind of depressed because this is the only interesting and best manga the author/mangaka made.... sigh....

I had seen both dramas a while back so when i started reading the manga i felt like i had done things backwards....not to mention that the first volume was like a rewatching of the dramas. Although it seems both dramas followed the manga closely there were some minor and one "Big" part that was never included in the dramas which i was happy to see. The story was so much funnier in the manga perhaps because actors can sometime exagerate too much while drawings are different. The art was also quite good, i really loved all those bishies.

I have re-read the manga after a few years, and it's still just as good, even after the happy glow has gone. I have to watch the drama's remake though to see how i feel about it this time.

For those that say that they have read similar stories that were better. You should realize this was the first of its kind, so actually the others found inspiration from this classic story.

I really did like reading Hana-Kimi. The romance was nicely paced although they're was a lot of it, even in the beginning, it made me come to accept the relationship between Sano and Mizuki.

Cheers to one of the best (if not the best) gender bender romance series out there!

One of my favourite manga of all time. Inspire me to watch the japanese drama which is also a favourite of mine. The entire storyline is great, wonderful for shoujo fans and actually for everyone. The lead character is really nice and someone everyone will just luv to watch. Not the mention the bishies, lots of them. The ending was also quite perfect.

its a very cute shoujo & i liked th fact that it had so many vols!!! i didnt like th last vol...*hides*...i thought it ended to soon...but thts me *sigh*
oh yeah...BTW....I LOVE SANO!!!!!!SO HOT!!!!!SO SEXY!!!!!!i want him on my BD!!!!!! *fangirl squeal*

this manga kinda reminded me of POWER. it was really good (well duh, its so good it got made into a drama that is a hit too) i recommend it to everyone! a MUST-READ. infact i am going to read it again for the second time =P. i am watching the drama japanese version of hana kimi and i also recommend it! its really funny! anyway to top it off this manga really deserves a 10/10. art is also really well done =P. der so hawt

It dragged on far too long. I decided to just skip from chapter 53 to the end. And strangely enough, I don't feel like I've actually missed much. >.< The only change is that Sano realised that he loves Mizuki more. That's pretty much it.
It was funny at times, but the author can only play on Mizuki's naivete for so long. It just got almost irritating that nothing was happening.
It was decent, just way too long. I prefer Power/Girl Got Game. It was a funnier (from what I recall) too.

So loooooong... I loved the first volumes. It was funny and the plot was good, but it dragged on too long. Somewhere around the competition between Sano and his brother, this manga just lost my attention><

Its not the best manga I have ever read, but it was addicting. I didn't even WANT to read it for heavens sake! Yet, I couldn't stop. So I guess it was pretty good. Overall, it was decent. I found it better then Power, personally.
