I want a martial arts manga/anime that has a weak protagonist in the begging that gets bullied or something but gets stronger and stronger.

Please no Naruto, Bleach, One piece suggestions.

I want something more mature like The Breaker or something that as good as Kenichi

Kandachime is more of a supernatural/sword-fighting manga but the character growth in the newest cahpters is good.
Tiji-Kun although I haven't read this, so it may not fit.

I love that same exact kind of series. LOVE THEM.

Try some of these:
P.K.
BB Project
Chunchu (FREAKING AMAZING SERIES) ((look up stuff by the author))
K.O. Sen(funny,but about kickboxing)
Ryuurouden(maybe not what you are looking for at the beginning but later in the series it goes into martial arts and character growth a lot)
Taboo-Tattoo
Change Guy(has body switch but it is heavily into martial arts and character growth)
