I'm not really a fan of rich semes (they're more trouble than they're worth :haha 🙂 , but rich ukes intrigue me.

I prefer the same. I've seen more rich seme stories, as well.

Totally Captivated--Really rich seme, pretty art, and a great read.
Hidoi Otoko--Pretty art, good story. Rich seme
Kyokutou no Hanamuko--Eh, the main story was okay, rich seme.
Tsumetai Kemono ni Kawarete--A couple of the oneshots had rich seme, really pretty art.
Sarou no Ryoshuu--Rich semes, others think pretty art. Mediocre oneshots.
Ibara no Ori - Hakoniwa no Naka no Jiyuu --Kinda smutty, god art, story's okay...
Hisho to Yajuu--Great art, rich seme, and a great read.
Suit wo Kita Akuma--Sequel to above.
Twin's Labyrinth --Gorgeous art and rich semes, quite a good read.
Heart Strings --Sequel to above.
Kyou, Hana no Gotoshi --Again gorgeous art. Yakuza setting, but the uke is rich.
Koushaku no Himeta Kuchizuke --Really pretty art, both seme and uke are rich, a decent read. Original, I must say.
Barairo Mitsubachi --Meh, cliche, but what you're looking for.
Hizamazu Ai ni Kogareru --An okay read, same as above though.
Kizoku no Aoi Seppun --Rich seme, pretty art, good read.
Ore no Mune de Sake --So in this one, the uke kinda is rich, but the story is quite original and very beautiful.
Hyper Love Power --Rich seme, cute, funny read.
Iro wo mo Kaori wo mo --Rich seme, a nice refreshing read, really cute too.
Punch Drunk Babies --The second pairing: Seme is rich, a really good read. Kinda centered around boxing though~^-^
Wild Fish --Rich seme, don't quite remember this one, just that. XD
Saa Koi ni Ochitamae --Rich seme, and a reeeeally cute read. Highly recommended.
Uso to Kiss --Rich seme, quite the good read. Pretty art, beware of incest though.
Shortcut Love --I think they're all kinda rich, no? But great art.
Taiyou no Kikoushi --Gorgeous art, rich seme, great story.
Hisho wa Shachou ni Kudokareru--Great art, loved the first story.
Tsuyameku Hishatai --Again great art. The main story the seme is rich, secon couple the uke is, and he's a tough one. XD
Junsui Yori mo Aimai na--A reaally cute oneshot, one of my favs. The uke is the rich one here, and the art is cute.

Freezing Flame--I for one like the art here, but others don't. I love the main couple, the seme is rich there.
Juusha to Oresama--Again, I quite like the art myself. Kinda cliche, but still enjoyable nonetheless.
Aijin-- Don't remember, art is okay. Rich seme.
Go Con -Gokujou Rakuen Tours--Meh, it was okay, not the greatest art....
Uruwashiki Wana--Same as above, kinda clich though.
Star ni Ai --Liked it, cute read.
Ushirokara Dakishimete --Cutest read ever! I love the uke here, he's rich and funny. And the art is pretty but you judge for yourself.

I suggest you read some of MINASE Masara's work, she has too many titles for me to look through but I'm sure she has similar stories. As well as FUJISAKI Kou, she has really great stories and almost all of them deal with rich semes/ukes. One of my favorite mangakas, her art isn't the best out there, but I think her plots make up for what lacks in the art department.

Koisuru Maid Shounen --Cute, seme's rich, I like the art, I'd classify it as pretty.
Kokoro no Kagi wo Mitsukete --This one not so much, uke is rich sort of, the plot isn't a great one though.
Tatoe Toraware no Koi demo --More or less what you're lucking for. Uke is rich, kinda angsty though...

Oujisama Game --Wah! So cute, pretty art and I love all the stories. The family is royal, so a rich seme/uke is already a done deal. XD

Ai to Yokubou wa Gakuen de --Smutty, but great stories in here. Rich semes/ukes all over the place, and the art is good too.
Wasurerarenai Yoru to Hikikaeni --Really great art, and some oneshots were okay. Rich semes.
Koukyuu no Arika --Highly recommended. Great art and story.
Miwaku no Ringo--Also highly recommended, I think this mangaka's artwork is very pretty, though a bit sharp. Her stories are some of the best I've read. No typical read here, meaning no cliches. Uke is rich and rare. XD
Oyaji Hiroimashita --Same as above~^-^
Risky Crime --Meh, it was okay. Vampire love, rich seme, pretty art.
Yukemuri Biyori Koi Meguri --Decent enough, art was good, not sure if pretty cuts it though.
Koi wa Keiyaku no Atode --Love the art here. Rich seme, and it's a cute read. xD

Okane ga nai pops to mind right away.
Viewfinder features all sorts of impossibly rich seme after a rather poor uke.
Sakura Gari has a pretty melancholy plot so far, but has a huge gap between the seme and uke in money and status.
Twin's Labyrinth is very sexy, beautiful art.
Koukyuu no Arika has beautiful art and a rich seme
