if ur going to canada dont go to toronto i hate the place cant get a parking spot!! go to mississauga(somewhere near toronto)!! awesome place lots of place to go shopping in! and...uh...Markham (opp. of mississauga, besides toronto somewhere.) has pacific mall (all asian stores...well mostly chinese...has manga, anime, cosplay costumes and so on) and markham has awesome food!!

how do you know so much about Markham? LOL

Pacific Mall is just like Toronto,... you can't find a parking spot!! Don't go there for food! Go to First Markham Place for that biggrin

Oooh~I want to travel the whole world! eyes

That would be great, but right now I'd settle for getting out of the country. I envy those that can travel freely - the only reason I've been out of the state is for visits to my Grandmother. If I ever get the chance to go to another continent, it will be when I'm older and allowed to travel by myself because my MawMaw can't fly and she gets seasick, so...

Of course, it will take years before she'll let me go anywhere by myself.

Really? Your family must be really protective of you huh? My mom let me travel alone overseas alone when I was 20. From US to the Philippines and with connecting flights and whatnot, that took like more than a day of traveling. It was fun!

I've been to Hong Kong too, but I was too young to remember much though, Mexico~too hammered to remember smile wink grin and Japan~but only in their airport (for connecting flights laugh ).

Let me say this... Wal-Mart is five miles away and she doesn't always like leaving me alone.

No, I don't want to drive yet.

And she doesn't think I would drive off, I get lost ten miles down the road.

I should be okay at the house, I have almost ten relative within the same distance. But enough about me...

I think Europe is where I want to go most, but I would love to hit Japan as well.

The one problem about Japan... well Tokyo, since that's where I've been is the extremely high prices. Apparently, when I went, a train that took me from the airport to my hotel cost about $100USD. Yup, just for transportation, food and living costs are really high, but the merchandise is even crazier.

Well, I guess if you had a friend there who'd let you stay for free, and you find enough people who love Canadians and Americans enough to treat you, that cuts down a lot =)

Apparently, the first night my family went out to eat, they started conversing with the people there, and they found out we were Canadian and paid for our bill and everything. Unfortunately, I was sleeping in the hotel from jet lag.

But, it was still an awesome place... even their McDonald's feel so much better than ours.

Mmm... in Taiwan, their McDonald's serve these rice burgers where the bread was made of rice. The things inside were different too, but it still looked like a burger. It was pretty good, and I heard it was also a lot healthier.

I like Blueberry's question of what country in Europe is best, but since that might bring about a debate, whatabout the pros and cons of the countries, please?

If you want warm weather and nice beaches, plus a great night life, go to Greece or Spain..

If you love skiing and snow, go to Switzerland.. biggrin eyes
