How do people from America view Europe actually..? bigrazz

As an exotic, exciting, older place now that I think about it. We make fun of the people once in a while, especially the British and French, but we really want to see the place for ourselves.

Europe is the origin of America, after all.. What countries would you like to go then..?

Probably England, France, Switzerland. Technically, those are the only countries that I'll be able to get around in. A tour of Europe does seem pretty sweet though.

I've been to Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, and Japan. Yeah, I'm Asian, so it's more practical (and cheap) for me to go to nearby countries. XD

I'd love to go to Europe someday. ^^ I'd love to go to the Louvre in Paris, and to Palacio Real in Madrid (I heard they have a Stradivarius collection there), among other places.

I think it's in China. Anyway, i've been to the US, Germany, and France. Been to Thailand but only for connecting flights.

To Wildstar, you're from Philippines right? If so, did you need any Visa to travel to those asian countries?

Hong Kong is in China, Doc...

I haven't travelled to other countries that much. Five or six visits to Sweden, over twenty to Germany (I lived about 40-50 km from Polish-German border, so we usually went shopping to Berlin bigrazz), once to England, once to France and Netherlands. That's all, I think. Not counting Ireland, of course bigrazz

It depends on which country you're from and which one you're going to..

Oh, I see. I suppose that makes sense.

I really don't like to travel. I prefere staying in one place.

I've only ever lived in two states, and only ever lived in about five different places in my life. I lived in my last town for half of my life, and I quite enjoyed it. It was a quiet and uneventful town, until summer hit, then it livened up alot.

Travel wise, I have been to Montana and California (Aside from the two states I have lived in, those being Oregon (where I was born), and Washington (where I currently reside).

Out of the country wise, I'd love to go to New Zealand and visit my sister (A fellow Otaku, who actually lived in Japan for a year), and visit Japan (When my sister lived there, she wanted me to visit, but I didn't have the money to).

I mostly wanna visit both those places for the landscape, though. New Zealand is absolutely beautiful, a natural beauty, while Japan is an urban beauty.

Although, I admit, I would mostly only visit Japan to visit the general Otaku places, and buy a bunch of stuff. biggrin

New Zealand would be fun, because I would finally get to meet my niece.

Now that I think about it, I may actually scare Japanese people. I am about 6 feet, 3 inches tall (and I think I got taller recently, too), which is about 190 cm tall (190 and a half, I think), and I am of a large build, too.

Ah well, if anything they wouldn't mess with me.

"Oh my, scary big gaijin, just ignore him and he won't see us". biggrin
