The best for me would be You're so cool because of the heroine, Nan-Woo. She's so stupid, dense and clueless but not in the typical shoujo protagonist's way and that's what makes her adorable and funny.

Freezing is the only manhwa that I've read so far and its amazing with just 1 volume scanlated. Didnt even know that it was a manhwa to start with.
