~.: My names Kagrath and I'm a manga-holic :.~
~.:Errh, been a member for awhiles but jus' been too lazy to make an introduction. I only recently started readin' mangas, after a truly horrible addiction to anime (that is till I ran outa series I haven't seen). I started about a month ago and am still chuggin' along from one series to the next. I'm into action/adventure mangas, Berserk bein' my favorite. Errh, summer jus' started so I should be spammin' the lot of you shortly. Cheerz ^o^ :.~

Now we're starting to have 2-3 introduction threads daily. How nice.

Welcome and have fun.

EDIT: The Tiger thingy is very nice.

EDIT2: What the hell? Lambchopsil, please fix the two-post thingy.
~Sorry but someone else got the job... (that should teach you to steal my comments lamb... I know you do it! lol)

Yeah, got to agree with lambchopsil about the spamming, and not just because he's admin. ;)

I wonder if luisalirio84 will have some competition for post count (he's almost caught up to ares6) and he's only been here for 2 months but he has 800+ posts. ;)

And this is also my 200th post (I forget to enjoy #199 ;_;). ;)

Anyhow, welcome to the site. smile

Oh, and just a note, are you a fan of the movie or the play/musicial Chicago? I just thought maybe that "all that jazz" was a reference to it. smile

@Ged: Ty I stole it myself
@Tak: Not really, the movie stunk as a whole but most of the individual scenes were pretty good.
@Ran: hehehe, well see about that >D :.~

I wonder are you perhaps stalking me? eek eek Checking my stats and join date info . Hmmm..... Ares 6 I would have caught him around a thousand if he hadn't left. I only post on these forums reguarly and i'm not going anywhere so i'm the king of posts right now since ares is inavtive and manick's mostly from doing admin stuff. Well I do post a lot put I wouldn't call it spam cause none of my posts(almost none) are one word or one prhase answers and most are on topic sometimes ~~~

Also what is it that would drive people to watch a musical I get nauseous after 3 minutes of their singing and dancing yuck bigrazz

Senior Kagrath cool nick and cool sig and nice intro and welcome and enjoy your stay and.... I forget...

Oh and if your manga addiction is as bad as you would like us to believe then slow it down a bit you can appreciate it more if your eyes aren't bloodshot and you've eaten something in the last 3 days smile Also if you go blind that'll cure you right up cause as far as I know there aren't many mangas in braille biggrin Booyakasha

~.: The bleeding eyes and cramped stomach aren't nearly as bad as the halucinations, 5 days of manga induced insomnia and you start seeing gatts, ichigo and cloud arguing over whose sword is bigger bigrazz :.~

Cool unless that's some sick pun. ewww.. If it wasn't then coooollll. I wanna see hallucinations too. Question(s): do you bathe during these manga binges? If not does your stink give you headaches? Is it a good I dea to take a laptop into the bathroom incase you have emergencies? Would you reccomend this as a method for fat people to lose weight? When you do sllep afterwards how long for? Will you throw addiction parties and distribute free manga? Also can I come to the party? Is it a good idea to try to eat hot ramen with chopsticks while not taking your eyes off the computer after being deprived of sleep for more than 96 hours? biggrin I have more but answer these first bigrazz

Well welcome, and have fun around!
And there is no need to argue, we all know that Guts win one hand (and a metallic prosthetic) down.

~.: Yes I bathe regularly, having a developed a device that holds the manga up to the clear shower curtain so I can read it non-stop, although the shampoo sometimes gets in my eyes x.x, I wouldn't recomend a laptop but backup mangas to read are always a good idea.
I've lost a few lbs but the lack of excersize (excluding the obsesive foot tapping) makes it a horrible diet.
My circle of freinds have like a pool of manga that we all chip in and read from, so its like damn near free manga 24/7 >D, and we do alota reading at our parties (all of which are LAN 'cause we're all geeks, 'cept Justin, he's a nerd)
and It's never a good idea to try to eat boiling hot ramen over your lap with chopsticks when reading, jus' slurp it down, although if its beyong 96 hours then you might miss your mouth completely and end up not being able to have children eek :.~

Finally someone who humours my ridiculousness yay. Okay I don't buy manga (don't sell any here) so the shower mechanism is a no go for me. When I have my own money i'll invest it into one of those high tech showers with an internet connection and onboard computer yay. Scanlated manga in the bath. Since I live in the tropics and I hate the heat I take two to three showers a day so that will come in handy smile Hmm If you don't eat for days and don't move you'll lose weight but you may die eventually (humans can go for about two months without food)lol. Damn it i'm all alone with manga. I don't wanna hang with those Dragon Ball Z steroid freaks. Goku this and Vegeta this and always flexing their muscles and then they're like "manga who?" Assdepressions. Had some friends up to three years ago that had lan parties but all drifted away sad
Nah I have good H-E coordination so that won't happen and if it does oh well c'mere baby maddox(celebrities in general are all idiots by nature)

Question :
Let's say you run out of translated manga what would you do:
A) Learn Japanese as fast as possible
B) Seppuku/Hara kiri(same thing)?
C) Create your own licensing and translation company
D) Scanlation Group
E) Learn to draw manga and study Literature and English and make your own

Let's say you did A) above and you run out of manga in all languages then what?:
A)Harakiri
B)Jump off a bridge or shotgun to face
C)Assasinate George Bush then ask for death penalty
D)Make your own manga
E) Take up cocaine to forget everything
F) Reread everything while you wait for more to become available

Let's say you chose A, B, or C then what would your ideal heaven be :
A) Endless manga and games and never get sleepy
B) Women dressed scantily walking around with guns (no manga)
C) Puritan Ville
D) All of the above - the no manga and burn the puritans smile

I would have to say
Q- 1. Choice F, abduct a bunch of people fluent in Japanese, Chain them in a basement or warehouse and have them translate RAWS for necessities of life

Q-2. Choice G, This time abduct several mangakas and put them in the same basement or warehouse that I have my now brainwashes translators in and have them create more mangas (and have one of the translators martyr Hillary Clinton and George Bush at the same time cause I'm cool like that)

Q-3, Since I am a firm believer in FSM ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flying_Spaghetti_Monster ) then my heaven is composed of stripper factories and beer volcanoes with manga as far as the eye can see
( embarrassed <=== kay, I jus' saw this in the emo's, and since alt text wont come up someone PLEASE tell me what this is o.o )
