I wonder if anybody knows a good manga with a "romantic" suicide in it?

If you have seen windaria there is that scene at the bridge, something in that fashion, with that emotion in that moment.... just so bloody romantic way to go.

Pieta is very good. Very romantic and tragic.

I Wish...
It has a story about a girl who is the spirit of a flower and people can eat her body and be brought back to life. She feeds himself to her lover who is on the brink of death without him knowing it and becomes a part of him forever. There is also another story about a man who will die if he feels too much happiness, but he does not tell his lover who lives with him, and one days he dies with a smile on his face.

Natsume Yuujinchou
One of the stories is about a firefly spirit that wants to see the man she loves for the last time, and to do it, she turns herself into a regular firefly, with the lifespan of an insect, and flies by him for the last time.

Mushishi
One of the stories is about a woman born from a bamboo stalk who cuts down the stalk that gives her life so that her husband can be free.

Rurouni Kenshin
There are at least two characters who die on behalf of their lovers.

Shin Angyo Onshi
There are at least three characters who die on behalf of their lovers.

Boys Next Door (shounen-ai)

Shokubutsu Zukan (shounen-ai)

And in a weird way, Uzumaki has a "romantic suicide" ending. -POSSIBLE SPOILERS- Although it was unlikely that escape was possible, the guy could have left his girlfriend and at least tried to get out, but he decided to be turned to stone with his girlfriend in his embrace.

I second Uzumaki like Odette said.

You may also like Suna no Shiro. If I can recall correctly, two incidents of romantic suicide occurred in the span of four chapters that are currently being scanlated.

yes thank you all for these, I wonder if i had ever been able to find these all. Some i knew about and have read or am reading but most were completely new to me. Thanks a lot i really appreciate all your help.

The genre is of no importance all that i care about is that the story is good.

Romeo x Juliet

And Odette, if it's a possible spoiler, then please use spoiler tags. That's what they're there for. =)
