1. Can't quite recall a lot, since I was confused myself when reading it. Just know it was about a girl who falls for a guy...something happens guy turns out to not be so sane, something about a guitar, and some kids (4 I think) are essential to the plot. It was kinda dark...^-^'''

3. I think this is the same mangaka as the second one. Don't remember much except that girl is in a isolated house in the mountains (?) which seems like a treatment center. She meets a guy who's a photographer. Something happened in her past that she tries to forget, her parents died in a car accident, and her neighbor was a famous star and was somehow involved. I think she tries to learn about her parents car accident, which also involves four other well known people...
