DOLL: IC in a doll <-- my most fav manga
Shuuseki Kairo no Himawari
but ofcourse, you gotta have to buy that manga since they are licensed. But srsly, it's worth it.
other mangas?
Karakuri Odette ..not really romance but hints of romance. Cute.
