I'm looking for a shounen, something like Girls Saurus DX where the guy is afraid of or hates women, but they still chase him. It is also good if the guy is just confused by women coming onto him, like in some chapters of OP.

Mmm.. The only manga that I can think of at this moment, where a guy is afraid of girls, is in the manga adaptation of Tales of the Abyss (-but it's not the main character who is afraid of girls).

Also, TotA anime > manga in terms of "closer" adaptation to the game. Edit 3: Forgot, it's not put in shounen catergory. The style is pretty much a "general" manga style.

Edit 4: I know of a shoujo with a guy, who's afraid of girls touching him, but I don't think you'll be interested in it.

There's anther similar to what you described where the main character breaks out into hives whenever anyone except the main maid Maria touches him.

BTW, why does every Japanese show have a maid named Maria, do they all love the Sound of Music or something?

The main guy from H3 School is confused by girls, but it's shoujo.

The anime Disgaea's main character becomes physically ill when looking at a women's body, too.
