this cliche is extremely annoying:
xxx-kun talking to himself to explain to the readers
"I have liked yyy-chan for a while"
"I always think about her, and it's good that we're friends"
"but I'm afraid I would destroy our relationship, so I won't confess"
while xxx-kun is messing around with other girls in the story. <---- destroys the relationship with even larger force
I don't understand why these sissy main characters are popular with readers, some says because they can relate themselves pretty well with those characters.
but it's getting old...
the only reasons for a man not to confess are because he doesn't love the woman very much or he doesn't have means to do so (example: money) it's just my opinion though.
