Its been a while since I read it but here is what I remember of first vol: The main heroine got into a fight or something and was about to get her third strike I hink, but the teacher would let her off if she took care of another "delinquent" (make sure he attends class or so), then they got close but later in vol the guy over heard the teacher talking to the main heroine and missunderstood that she only hanged out with him becouse teacher said so.
