I'm not sure I can recommend a manga that totally abides by your request but you could try the following:
1. Kami sama no orgel
2.
3. Say love (I haven't read it but I think this is what you're looking for)
To be honest all I can recommend are the ones I have found in other forums since there aren't that many mangas about pregnancy out there

Hanayome wa 16 sai (second season) - problem with this one is that it hasn't been fully scanlated so the pregnancy leading to marriage bit is only in raws.
