I couldn't agree more. Being honest, I think I like Gorgeous Carat the best out of all her works...which sadly leaves me wanting more >.>
Cantarella has so many frustrating characters, like if I could get into a manga just to beat up the characters, this would've been my first choice. And I think that's just the case with with most of her characters, they're all so annoying! Though I still can't help reading them since they seem more original than other works out there and for some reason they just suck me in.

Gorgeous Carat starts out in a different place (with the whipping) than it ends up. I love their relationship, but kiss him already! Is it complete? It seems like there should be more, I think I have hard copies of all of it. I stopped reading Cantarella at the place where neither of the illicit romances got off the ground. I think that was all that was out at the time, and just didn't pick it back up. She draws such beautiful men though, doesn't she?

It is complete. Both the main story and the sequel. The sequel isn't completely scanlated though, and I can't find the hard copies anywhere ;___;

As for Cantarella, it is so one-sided that it's suffocating, not just that but the normal romance going on just ruins everything! It left no place for my BL romance. And all those betrayals. UGHHHH
I do agree she has pretty guys though. All those bishies. Even if her works are old, they're so pretty :3

I sometimes keep notes on what I've read because I forget, and here is what I wrote about the Gorgeous Carat payoff.
So that's what I thought at the time. I should go back and look at it again. I've read the other parts too. I was also disappointed that Asura and Rei were supposed to have been 'more than brothers' but never lovers. I wasn't buyin' it.

As for Cantarella, it had all the UST and angst I felt was missing in Gorgeous Carat. If by the 'normal romance' you mean the one between , I agree. I did not want to see that after the kiss Cesare planted on -you know-. (Trying not to spoil.) This is another in my list of unfinished manga.
