I'm looking for a romance manga preferably seinen or shonen if it is more mature oriented. Shojo or Josie are also fine if the protagonist is a male character and isn't to heavily female oriented. I would prefer a more emotional romance manga. Besides those specifications, I'm just looking for a good romance manga to read. Thanks in advance.

This is way too broad. Have you tried using the genre search function? You can generate a pretty good list if you just put in the categories you mentioned.
