Okay so at the moment, I'm into a lot of Sci-Fi / Fantasy based shoujo manga.
I've already read these three,

for Tokyo Crazy Paradise---Grand Sun should suit
can't say about global garden though...its plot is not that standard. also for shinobi life there is Kagetora but its shounen, no time travelling, harem, ninjas present, lots of romance involved and a likeable male lead.
