IrfanView, FastStone ImageViewer, and Windows Preview depending on the comp I am currently working on. Pathetic, but I rarely have the opportuinty to read more then 2 volumes a day, I keep reading on schedule, and usually unzip to a USB what I'll read for the day. I had CDisplay, but I didn't put much effort to get used to it or benefit from its options. I like FastStone because I can do basic editting for fun while reading.

ah I think I'm the only one who does it very differently. I just op the zip or rar so I have all files open, put them to the left of the screen and I just drag them into my browser... I have been using this way for at least 5 years XD I never considered other ways because I never thought such programs existed... I guess I just never thought about it till I saw this discussion. I just made up my way in a way of improvising but I think I'll try one of these programs ppl discuss here. It's time for a change (maybe) XD

as a few of you might have mentioned before, (Sarabos & rsktwlght)
I use Comicsviewer,
auto centering, reads manga the proper way if you set it up to do so
Can also go american
has auto laziness buttons
bookmarks for when you read those crazy long volumes that you expected to be WAAY shorter and need sleep (blast you ranma for being so good)
and generally doesn't force you to extract ANY file unless the person who uploaded it was weird enough to put it into a double folder.

Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Probably the only useful program to come out of Microsoft. If I can't be bothered to download the manga then I use OneManga.
Ha ha, j/k ... sorta
