I'm currently lost on what genre of anime to watch right now. Then, I've decided to focus on Ecchi/Harem anime. The current ones that I have watched are Ichigo 100%, Kiss x Sis, Kimikiss Pure Rouge, Seitokai no Ichizon, Zero no Tsukaima (1), etc.
I would like to ask on what should I try next or what is the best ecchi/harem anime in your opinion. Thank you very much

I suggest things like Sekirei, finish off the other seasons of Zero no Tsukaima, Omamori Himari, Shuffle!, Princess Lover and don't go anywhere near Rosario + Vampire. Biggest waste of time. Ever.
If you really want lots, and I mean lots, of ecchi, Seikon no Qwaser - uncensored XD
These aren't necessarily the best anime's, but it's kinda difficult to find a good Ecchi Harem anime. I just gave you a few I could think of and actually sit through

well, nothing really has happened between the characters in the current manga but negima is totally ecchi and harem. and it also has one hell of a story line.

I finished off Sekirei already, not yet the 2nd season though, I'm still piling up 2nd and 3rd season of ZnT.
I also watched Rosario + Vampire 1 and 2. I was pretty good... for past time.  Thank you very much! I'll try omamori himari, shuffle!,and princess love. My friends say that Seikon no Qwaser is good stuff too. thanks for reminding me

Bakemonogatari. True it's more of a supernatural series, but the guy has a harem of girls, some loli, and there's a fair bit of NTR and plenty of fanservice if you're into that

There's always love hina and negima. Although if you're only interested in the fanservice, you can try kanokon (I wouldnt know though since I dropped it).

Oh I dropped Kanokon as well. I couldn't sit through that one.
There's also Ichiban Ushiro no Daimao, but I myself found it rather disappointing. Still, you might like the ecchi side of things.
Kampfer was also rather...weird, but again; faaaanservice.

For haremanime , there are many I know:
Ranma 1/2 Best one in comedy.
Love Hina The quintessential Harem anime.
Midori no hibi Manga has harem references but anime is ok.
Maburaho A harem-esque setting with magic
Maison Ikkoku Another classic harem anime.
Urusei Yatsura As crazy as it can be.

I'll try the "They are my noble masters" and "Nyan Koi". Watched To Love-Ru already, though haven't watched all of the OVA. is it done already? Thanks

True. Its quite a harem too. Watched all of its 15 episodes.

Watched all of them. I agree to what tactics said. When I was on the period of watching the whole season of Kanokon, It took me three days to finish all of them. (Cuz I don't want to leave unwatched episodes. And I watch 30+ anime episodes in 1 day)
