I'm looking for a japanese manga with a main protagonist who is one of the most evil in the manga itself, yet defeats the lesser evils because they simply stand against his way. And of course, he must have absolutely no soft side, no sentimental reason behind his own evilness, just evil for the sake of it.

Manga That Needs More Attention: S Senjou no Tena

Yea all these are pretty mainstream, Beelzebub seems to start out this way at first, but gradually becomes more shounen-like as Oga becomes weaker and weaker relative to the newer enemies. Still funny though, but no longer under this criteria.

Code geass seems to fit mostly, but Lelouch does have a soft side. death note fits, but I'm looking for something less mainstream or I would have already read it.

Fire Candy might fit, although it's not evil-overlord kind of evil but more street-thug kind of 'evil'. Doing the hyperviolence on people who they want to steal drugs from, and such.

That's kind of a lesser evil, he should be more evil than the ones he's fighting against.

Cantarella, but Cesare is kinda possessed
Hellsing- the who's more evil is kinda subjective, blood goes flying in every direction because people want it to
Kuroshitsuji again, rather subjective, depending on whether you think Queen Victoria is evil and Ciel is her henchperson or not
Bokurano again, perspective wise, especially the final battle
