Just like the title suggest I'd like to read a manga where the main male character thinks a lot, sometimes too much. If possible I'd prefer if he had a lot of thoughts like "Life sucks", "The future is going to be tough", etc...

Good examples would be:
-Kurono from Gantz in the beginning where there were a lot of his negative thoughts about the world, his life, and the society.
-Mashiro from Bakuman in the beginning he had a lot of thoughts about how tough life was and how there were low chances of people actually being successful...

Thanks!

The protagonist from "Bungaku Shoujo" to Shi ni Tagari no Douke thinks quite a lot of depressing about himself.

I'm suprised nobody had suggested the unreliable narrator Kyon

Kyon from Haruhi Suzumiya thinks, a LOT.
and a lot more in the Light Novels and anime

Ganymede from Olimpos

Fon from Ilegenes

And I guess Cain from Utahime kinda counts...

Historie, Eternal Sabbath, Yasha, Mouryou no Hako (watch the anime instead; it's further along!), Monster, Pluto (well, um, is he 'male' if he's a robot?), How to Make a Gentle World and Tensai Family Company all count, I think.

Onani Master Kurosawa
Highly recommended, despite how disgusting the description sounds like!
