I totally second this. I don't usually read seinen/shounen but this manga is so gooood.... I collected it and laughed in most of the volumes at least once. And not to mention that the male lead is so uncommon and humane
Along with that, something more shoujo-ish Harlem Beat but obviously Slam Dunk beats this manga by miles.
