I want a manga with a heroine that doesn't show much in the way of emotion. Call it stoic, cold, or simply unemotional, whatever you like. Romance is, as with all of my requests, a plus, but not strictly necessary. I guess I just want something atypical for once, and with no chance of random outbursts of over-reactive behavior occurring every three pages.

Also you could try the Indifferent Main Character tag or the Stoic Character tag.
My personal suggestion is Akuma to Love Song. The main character is like the definition of stoicism.

I really recommend Saver!!! There is romance, but that is not the main focus in the story.
