Or at least I'm pretty sure it was a romance series.

I regretfully cannot remember the overall premise of the series, or if it was even a series or a oneshot, so that makes it even harder for me to remember what it was. There is a scene I remember, though, and it involves a girl who was in charge of making this arch for the school festival. She planned to cover this arch in origami flowers, but she couldn't finish it in time since everyone else left (I believe it was because she was being too bossy, but I could be wrong). However, this boy that she left in charge of making origami flowers too comes around and dumps enough flowers to finish the arch. Cue girl being smitten.

This scene has been bothering me for a really long time now, so if anyone could provide any assistance it would be most appreciated.
