You might have better luck in Osuwari Team's forum. They made the image, presumably they know where the art came from. I had a glance through their projects since scanlators usually use images from their projects for credits/recruitment pages, but it's kind of hard to rule out manga you've never read just by looking at the cover. They could have got the original image from pretty much anywhere.
