I'm looking for a story where the girl is the subordinate and her love interest is her superior and they keep trying to resist inevitable love, I don't want it to take FOREVER for the romance to develop, it should be sorta Ohmi Tomu-ish, like Midnight Secretary and Barairo My Honey or Hapi Mari. Please and Thank you.

Tokyo Crazy Paradise suits this pretty well, although it does take quite a while for the romance to develop. 
The art gets MUCH better. I promise. I even purposely reread the ending because I love the art in the climax so much.

aw. got no reference.
though i know a manga which has female subordinate and her boss has deep care to each other, but would not show it or it would be taken against them by their enemies, which most of the time can be deadly, they are in military anyway, and it would be bad if there is romance there.

Oooh Tokyo Crazy Paradise sounds good, and it's completely scanlated, I hate waiting for manga chapters to come out, lol. I've been reading Honey x Honey Drops already, it's good. Thanks for the reccomendations, for now I found my fix but these are my favorite types of manga so I wouldn't mind more suggestions.
